Reserved tickets are any tickets purchased on our website or at the Center. 

Unreserved tickets are tickets purchased or received from our third party partners.  Guests that are a half hour late or more for their reservation are required to use this line as well. Unreserved tickets enter the Center as soon as possible when there are open reservations. 

To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we limit the number of visitors that can be in the Center at one time. There are 15 minute windows between reservation times to control capacity in the attraction.  This creates a better experience for all our guests! 

During peak times, you may experience a short wait in the "I Have Tickets" line as guests enter the Center.  The first experience in the Center is a live show that takes approximately 15 minutes.  Guests may need to wait in line until the next show beings during their reservation time.
